can anyone tell me if its possible to buy a roundtrip United ( international) ticket and pay half (one way) with miles and half (one way with cash). Its much more expensive if it is done as two one-ways .

i am looking to book UA P.S. Newark - LAX. I am having a hard time figuring out if i should go with the 777 (2-class) or 757 (2-class). I cant find anyone talking about the differences. also Seat guru is showing me vastly different layouts then UA.com.

Any fly the P.S. routes from newark that can provide me some info. TIA

I am looking to buy 2 RT tickets from NYC to TLV august 8-Aug 20(11pm or 12am 21st). I am finding award 42.5k tickets on the 8th but nothing on the 20th or 21st. I have clsoe to 200,000 miles and wanted to know what I should do in this case as I am pretty new to the game. Will award 42.5k flights show up? When will they? Do I have to check daily or is there a notification I can get if it gets added? TIA

Availability showing as 7 saver award flights available. I transferred points to SQ and will take 24 hours any way to reserve 2 seats? should I book them with united then cancel within 24 hours so hopefully that will put them back into the "pool" and be able to reserve them via SQ?

No. Call SQ and have them put the res on hold.

Keep on checking SQ, it sometimes posts quicker
