Miles and More has a Biz seat from TLV- FRA-EWR on Lufthansa and a TLV-VIE-EWR on Austrian. I don't see that flight on United.com. Should a Uinted phone rep be able to get it? How about on Signapore? Thanks.
no M and M has expanded availability for their own group

Thanks. That includes Austrian?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Thanks. How long does it take to transfer to from UR? Can it be done if different first name? Can that trigger problem?

Say what?
1)How long does it take to transfer from UR to United?
2)Can you transfer from a UR account to a United account with a different first name?
3)Would doing so (#2) trigger a review or other issues with chase?

Thanks.
When I search on United.com from TLV-ORD it shows TLV-EWR- CMH-ORD for 72k in economy. When I search instead from TLV-EWR (just the first leg of the ORD trip) its 95k....Is that normal?

Well the notion of your question based on the preceding conversation, seemed to be of the nature: "how long is the transfer time from UR to M&M". Hence my confusion.

Booked a ticket for person that has middle initial on passport and I didn’t add that name on ticket.
Can that be a problem?

Do they charge for a cancellation or change within 24 hours of booking an award ticket? Does it matter if it's within 21 days?

They don't charge for a cancellation. It does not matter how close to the flight it is.

Thanks. (I would assume you mean except until if you book less than 24hrs before the flight.)

Is there any way for me to transfer United miles to a friend's United mile account?(Via UR or any program that transfers and add an au if that helps?)

A friend of mine has gold stats with United which would get him an extra baggage as well as a free upgrade in economy, I know for the free upgrade a companion is eligible to be upgraded as well now my question is can he book the ticket for me and book a ticket for himself and cancel his own ticket within 24 hours of the flight or rather within 24 hours of the booking thereby having myself a confirmed upgraded seat and extra baggage if that's applicable while he cancels his ticket and I take his benefits?
