Why can't I play a real life scenario where you were supposed to come with me to New York and for whatever reason you couldn't make it now that's part of having the 24-hour cancellation which allows you to cancel your ticket that doesn't mean you have to cancel my ticket also.
The only reason I can think of that would raise red flags if every time he books a companion he cancels his own ticket.

Or your going to tell me PGFHGS?
I’m just going to say, United is not (completely) stupid. And they know lots of extra Shtick is played on the NYC-TLV route.

Don’t have any firsthand experience to say what will or will not happen, but just you need to be aware of the potential risks you’re putting that member through by them abusing their privileges.

Can someone tell me if theres an award availability for the economy class 42,500 United miles award available? Tia

Either one of these flights.

HN & YN I see, but is the XN what I'm looking for which has 0?

Nope
Hence the XN class is what I'm looking for?
And for first class at 75k I would be looking for IN? Not JN and ZN?
   Thanks for the timely response.

@davidrotts63 thanks for replying as well.

Y saver - X, XN
J saver -  I, IN

https://www.dansdeals.com/credit-cards/how-to-use-and-decrypt-uniteds-powerful-expert-mode/
That means for the 42.5 Y and 75k J it's always going to be saver award vs standard which is double the price?

Would this same flight going to Bos with a stopover in nyc have any different coding in regards to seats or the same as the direct flight from tlv-nyc? Meaning do they not tell you about some of the seats as they save it for those flying to BOS with a stopover in EWR(nyc)?

That would be a "married segment", which UA definitely does, I'm not sure about for such a ticket tho. It's more common for them to have say BOS-EWR opened if booking BOS-EWR-TLV but not if booking just BOS-EWR

They can have married segments for long haul international segments too (award or revenue).

I meant how often they do it.
Is it common with UA for this?

In this scenario where i dont see any Y for  42,500 on united.com, is there a chance that AC will have avlbty for the united flight for 40k?
Or when there's no availability on United.com after searching through expert mode that means none of the other Airlines booking United flights will have availability?
Including Aegean,AC,ANA?

Partners only see saver availability, so if if a UA flight isn't availble on UA for saver, no partner can book. Even expanded saver can't be seen by partners.

So being that I'm out of options with direct what about this flight I'm seeing on Singaporeair.com a Lufthansa flight arriving in jfk, I'd rather jfk vs ewr, while there is one flight going to jfk but a 5-6hr stopover and this one as seen in the screenshot is to jfk with 1-2hr stopover, anyway united can book this flight for me? ( thereby avoiding the hefty YQ charge?)

Nope, 2 other ones similar to this from Lufthansa but not this one, while this is the most ideal flight for me.

I see it now on united.com
Was added overnight, but the 42k on Lufthansa is also gone now so It seems I'm left with J on Lufthansa, worth the 85k?

Dont know how to decode these type of bucket fares, any way to tell me if theres so called saver award on the Lufthansa flight from tlv to jfk? Or the one to ewr?

Or is it the plane J class I'm looking for ? And nothing to do with saver?

If United is offering a partners flight, doesn't that mean its saver?

I suppose it is, just doesn't seem to code like a united flight.
