You were able to login until last week though?
Haven't tried logging in since May. When I tried logging in last week, it didn't let me into my account and I just got that message to call.

Did you sell any miles (or book flights for anybody other then yourself)?
Never.

Wow, I login to my account several times a day.
4 months without logging in?

You have no idea what you did wrong? Did you get UR points from a non-matching account?

Haha, yup. I didn't have anything to book.

I honestly have no idea. I didn't do anything even remotely shady. The only points that I had in there was from one sign up bonus and then regular spend on my cc.

Has that ever known to be an issue with UA?  I know it is with Ke.

I'm really sorry CS91, how many points did you have?
Good luck

~20k. Not THAT many but still annoying. They said that it'll get re-opened and that I won't lose my points but I'll believe it when I see it. Not sure what bothers me more – that they closed my account for no reason and didn't tell me or how incompetent the reps on the phone are to the point that I can't even get helped.

Try doing forgot password and see what happens. UA upgraded their online security and some people are locked out. It may well be that some stupid clueless Indian thinks it's closed.

Via VFTW United has released lots of business availability on the 787 from SFO to AKL, with some dates having up to 8 seats available.

In the winter.

Was just in New Zealand, during their winter and it's very mild. Plus you can use it to connect to Australia with a warmer winter.

Your routing is unclear, it sounds like you have
NYC-VIE-VCE
TLV-WAW-TLV

But that doesn't make sense as the second trip wouldn't qualify as an OJ, can you clarify?

Meant to write, TLV- connecting WAW - NYC.

Yes you should be able to get stopover, you should be able to price it out on the united website

Kept on getting errors online, and agent claimed it wasnt valid.
Ended up changing the itinerary and booking NYC-FRA-VCE - stopover - VCE-ZRH-TLV, TLV-VIE-NYC all in J, so ended up working out for the best.

Trying to book VIE-KBP-WAW-HAM-EWR

The KBP-WAW-HAM-EWR is showing as 57.5k UA in J (mixed cabin) If I want to start my trip in VIE its pricing at 105k, 85k, or 72.5k using the multi-city tool depending on how i enter KBP-EWR

Does anyone know what the price should be? Ive called and they dont either know. I was hoping it can be included in the 57.5k because the KBP-EWR routing through WAW-HAM is included in their one-way award and i'm just adding on a segment in the same zone (Europe) I am not yet familiar with the new rules.

First rep couldnt even acknowledge that VIE and KBP are in the same zone.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

Anybody try to book and avoid close in fee by changing the flight right after booking, since the Oct 6 changes?  Not anxious to risk the change fee if it no longer works, better off spending the $75 close in fee.
