Anybody try to book and avoid close in fee by changing the flight right after booking, since the Oct 6 changes?  Not anxious to risk the change fee if it no longer works, better off spending the $75 close in fee.
What risk? You can cancel within 24 hr.

Now what's with 24 hour cancellation? They must allow it per DOT rules, right?

How many seats are avaliable in each class of service. You can basically see if there are multiple award seats available etc.

If I fly XXX-SFO-EWR with the first leg in domestic business and the second leg in economy, purchased with LH miles, what are the chances of flying the second leg in first?

Trying to book VIE-KBP-WAW-HAM-EWR

The KBP-WAW-HAM-EWR is showing as 57.5k UA in J (mixed cabin) If I want to start my trip in VIE its pricing at 105k, 85k, or 72.5k using the multi-city tool depending on how i enter KBP-EWR

Does anyone know what the price should be? Ive called and they dont either know. I was hoping it can be included in the 57.5k because the KBP-EWR routing through WAW-HAM is included in their one-way award and i'm just adding on a segment in the same zone (Europe) I am not yet familiar with the new rules.

First rep couldnt even acknowledge that VIE and KBP are in the same zone.
Assuming all stopovers are until 24 hours it should be 57.5k.
Just keep HUCAing

Pretty much Zero
