How come when checking united flight status by upgrades, it shoes like 2 people already upgraded with a check on the side for a flight which is in like 36 hours from now. Isn't this list for the battlefield?

It's for CPU/RPU/GPU as well.

In fact, whenever I get GPUs cleared even on day of departure by reservations it never showed up on list.

Am I missing anything?

I hear. Guess I'll have to chk it out again.

When being wait listed for a CPU with a companion obviously it will only clear is 2 seats become available for upgrade. If I split the PNR will the companion still stay wait listed or he will lose the companion status?

Ive searched with various keywords and have not found the info I am looking for. Can someone at least give me the keywords I should search for and then Ill do the rest myself? TIA

Looking at united awards flight from TPE to SEA on Nov 27th, and see a $32.66 fee (along with 35K miles) for a direct flight on EVA.  Why is this not $5.60?  I looked through the united awards fee page and I can't figure it out. I didn't log into the united site.

Oh, one more question...United Business class redemption still maps to EVA first class, right?

Thanks!

Know this is not the right thread....but would go for a quick one....

If i call up United after (24 hours of booking) to change an Award for same day just with different airline  within 24 hours of departure , besides paying a  change fee, would I also pay anything extra being it's within 24 hours of The flight?

The UA 24 hour policy says it applies

I should still be able to change a flight that was originally booked more than a week out to a date within a week, right?

I've had an issue with 3 award bookings in the last couple of days, they aren't ticketing for more than 12 hours. It usually takes < 5 minutes. Is this normal?

Noticed some small changes on United.com like the accompanied screenshot where it specifically lists which flights are expanded availability.

Is there an additional fee if you change a flight within 24 hours of the flight?
If there is, does that apply when the change is also within 24 hours of being booked? (iow, when the change is free)

I don't believe that's accurate. I did a search without logging in and then when I logged in the same results were "Exclusively available to you as a Chase cardmember"
"Here at DansDeals we don’t do buses." -Dan
