No clue about delta but Qantas is the only partner that I know of that can book El Al so just check directly there.

Is delta also still 42.5 for partner saver  award availability?

If I book an award flight 2 hours before departure, can I get a refund if I don't take the flight? Do I have to do it before the flight departs?
120 characters? Hmm, I wonder what I could write with 64 characters. Boy, it's gonna be hard to use up 15 characters. W-

Yes (assuming you booked it more than 24 hours before then and don't have status).

No need to do that to get a refund in that case.

Looking for advice on married segments with UA awards.
Trying to book J award ticket on UA from TLV-SFO. If I book from TLV-SFO, no saver award availability. Booking from DXB or MCT will give me award availability through ADD on ET connecting to TLV. TLV to SFO on UA metal and saver price.
Essentially, it's a typical case of a married segment. If I book MCT-ADD-TLV-SFO with UA miles, will I be able to remove the first two legs of this award by calling UA agent?

I say this is unlikely.
Did you try? if so, what was the result?

I See on UA MXP-EWR in J for 65K

Why wouldn't this come up on any of the partners as ANA or Aeroplan?

Saver business would be I or IN class.
