Had an interesting experience, which may be common but was new for me. I was on the phone with United regarding a ticket, and they told me there was no 40K availability from BOS-TLV on UA equipment the day I was looking. I was looking at it on the screen, so I told her that there was, she dared me to book it. I was able to book it. She swears that there was nothing showing on her end.
I recommended that they consider getting internet out there in the call center.
Is this a normal experience?
