I've never seen this before. 3 daily flights from TLV-EWR.

I see the same NYC-TLV on the 5th.

-You won’t have to use more miles if you change the operating airline as long as you stay in the same class of service and the same region.
-You won’t have to use more miles if you change the origin, connecting, or destination cities as long as the origin and destination cities are in the same region (US, Europe, Middle East, etc) as you originally booked. However you can’t change the class of service or operating airline in this case.

now if i fly nyc-tlv through Europe and i change airlines that automatically changes the connecting city so that should resunt in a reprice. i wont get swiss or turkish out of the same connecting city as LH. where did i go wrong?

According to the posted quote, you'd be able to change NYC-FRA-TLV to NYC-IST-TLV without a reprice.

Doing the "change" online from UA F to LH F triggers a reprice, why is that? Its same origin and same destination.

You guys are hoping UA.bomb is good enough to accurately reprice (or not) following the deval which introduced a partner chart AND increased awards when it could barely book a multi city itinerary before the deval?

It may have been and EWR/JFK, but it's considered one destination.

I will PUTPAC when my flight opens up, I just played around with a similar flight, just to see what will happen.

As a side note, UA started charging $75 change fees and $100 if within 21 days. They finally spent all the money they lost until now in IT and fixed that painful mistake.

Did you talk to the "callback" line? They are the original Conti people....They should know better. let us know how it goes, because I will also be doing a change once my flights open up. My change is carrier.

update: finally got it done. It's a big pain because the system automatically triggers a reprice, so the rep has to call the support desk to get permission for each change.
