Use multi-city. Sometimes it may not book, so try to book legs separately and call to combine them.

Correct. There is very little to no availability NYC-TLV even with the card.

Booked a RT to Europe pre-deval for 100K. Called yesterday to change route, including destination. The system automatically repriced, the agent told me it would be an additional 40K. I made my case being that I had booked pre deval I should be entitled to a change without requiring additional mileage. I didnt have high hopes as I had already hucad about 5 times. Additionally this agent didnt seem to be the brightest. When I asked for a supervisor to override the reprice, she responded " I am a supervisor".

So I pleaded and begged, lo and behold she says I will allow it. She proceeded to make the change without charging any additional miles, or collecting the $100 change fee or the $51.60 in additional taxes.

My e-ticket receipt shows 140000 miles redeemed.

Be careful. They might eventually take out the additional 40,000 miles from your account.

I had tickets where it said 120,000 and they only took out 100,000 and they soon took out the other 20,000.

Be warned.

She told me she will override the reprice. Either way It was booked from a burner account with no miles left.

Is this a legal routing?
JFK-WAW-PRG
PGR-FRA-RZE-FRA-JFK-SFO

Specifically the return flying through FRA twice?

Also would the JFK-SFO be allowed to be booked for say 10 months from now?

I too made  a change ( start and end cities same-- did change date, airline and stop over city) , original 100k r/t at old chart  rate -- changed today with no additional miles -- b4 I did it I made 3 seperate calls and "asked" if any adt'l miles required  and all 3 agents said ,no  begging was required , would not worry about adt'l miles later

new award ticket shows  100k

JFK-SFO is not an issue.

No way to know for certain without knowing how long you plan on staying in each place but it can be legal if the computer is choosing a routing through FRA rather than you choosing one as it looks like backtracking. With HUCA, anything is possible though.

I'm going PRG-FRA-RZE arriving at 2:45 pm, then RZE-FRA-JFK departing at 6:20 AM the next day.

I was told that the JFK-SFO cant be my stopover as I already have a stop in RZE. In any case I'm thrilled to have gotten the rest of it confirmed.

I will no-show for JFK-SFO and just rebook as a canceled award and pay change fee.

You'd need to make that an OJ to get it to work.

What's everyone's opinion - better to do Plan B on United 767-400 (and risk not getting business first at all, if not available), or actually book Business on LH A380-800?  2 travelers.
