NYC-TLV got so bad lately :(

I used to see flights open up last minute even in July, August, and lately nothing :(

The reason why UA used to be awesome is for having so many partners to choose from without fuel surcharges, not because of availability on their own metal (though they do open that up closer in)
FTFY. 57,500 miles for a OW to Europe  >:( :o

hence my original point for those who seek nonstop flights is AA on EL AL better in terms of availability? If so I think you should make this distinction on your posts on main site

lately not even opening up closer in(for example last couple of days no nonstop flights even on Club Card thats just ridiculous)

Not like El Al has good availability either and then you lose all of the connecting options.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sure, because you can't use AA miles for it and it's prohibitively expensive with LY points.

but they have much better nonstop flights than 0  for the next three months? I believe if we call AA they will give you a plethora of options in the next three months, I can try calling?

At any rate my point is some need nonstop only (ie mothers flying with babies and either they don't want to stop over or are scared to stop over whatever the reason etc.....) and therefore with all due respect you should point this out on your main posts for those who want nonstop only
Thanks for all of your hard work!

It just depends when you look.
I booked several UA nonstops in both Y and J so far this year.

So you want him to post that for the next 3 months don't book with United only with ElAl?

Maybe try emailing Daraius that he should have an interview with you.

but as you said yourself United award flights are good mainly for the partner non fuel surcharge availability not the nonstop availability;
whatever time of year we look United is not as good as AA on El AL re nonstops

I believe its not just the next three months; most of the year regarding nonstops AA -El AL is better

prove me wrong?  I called AA a month ago and they had a lot of options nonstop from JFK and Newark

Did I ever say that  :o

just said to point out that when amassing miles if your goal is nonstop only on this route consider AA which might be another/better option

Thinking of booking 3 Hawaii coach tickets on United, but it's 10 months away. From looking at the chart, it would cost $600 to redeposit these miles if something happened. Any way around this? Assuming if the times change for any of our 4 flights, we can redeposit with no fee? Anything else I don't know about.

I think you can also change the dates of your flights with no fees.
