Yeah, that's annoying...

I seem to remember knowing what was going to be available more than a week in advance, was that the case or was it my imagination? Or was it "leaked" earlier and only officially released later?

Does anyone have one Avis certificate they'd be willing to sell? I need to extend a reservation and am looking at astronomical rates for that day.
