+1. If he was using the spoof card, then there's definitely a way to trace him. (It's A Jewish owned company) I know of a similar story where some1 was using the spoof card for a very insensitive use, and the company was able to find out who it was. They wouldn't reveal the name, but they got him to stop.
Maybe YM with his connections can get the name and resolve the situation.
I spoke to the owner of a "spoofcard" company, I asked if there was a way to track this... He said only with a court order / subpoena. He asked me why and I gave him the quick rundown, he said that he is working with authorities about this case and there is an on going investigation.
