I recently filed a complaint about a flight I took with ELAL, this is what they responded:
"I have sent you a link to register for free to our frequent flyer club. Once you register, we will give you the points from last year retroactively and an additional 100 points;
or the second option is a $100 MCO voucher towards a future flight on El Al"
I'm not really sure what "points from last year retroactively" means?
I see that some one-way flights are 700 points, and I read that "Zone E, encompassing the U.S. (except Los Angeles), Canada, and Asia, earns 50-500 points"....thats a pretty big range. If I will earn 500 points from my recent flight + 100 that basically means I'll be getting a free flight....
