Paper Towels, TP, et all, Comparison
« on: March 21, 2013, 11:46:31 AM »
I was ready to pull the trigger on the Bouty deal yesterday, but called my mother-in-law to see if she remembered the price of bounty in Costco, and she told me she no longer uses boutny, she uses the kirkland paper towels and loves them. Anyone have experience with Kirkland PT compared to Bounty?
In a similar vein, what about Kirkland TP (do they make?) vs Charmin?

I always use Bounty, never used kirkland, but from what I hear it is good.

Kirkland towel paper are excellent and i like them more than the bounty, but their toilet paer is not that great as it's too thin, although it's strong enough for it's purpose

I'ved used Charmin for a number of years. Last year I tried Kirkland TP and was very disappointed. I went back to costco and bought Charmin again.

But nobody beats their PT its thicker, and bigger and absorbs better.

Tp is awful. They may be cheaper but thin and hard.
The PT are good but they do not come in Select A Size.
Each one is the size of 3 Select a size ones but I'd rather have the freedom to choose.
The quality is good though

I actually hate select-a-size because it's essentially a smaller PT. You usually get less total square inchage and it's annoying when you pull off too small a sheet, so it sounds like kirkland is the brand for me!
