If you are coming off a business class flight then you should be able to show them that BP and get in.

No, as long as you arrive in business you can use the lounge.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

In PHL the Lounge in the Intl term doesnt open till 1PMish, they have another Lounge I think in Term C or between B & C it was OK nothing great, you have to ask for a WiFi card or pay for it, I came in Biz and was heading out FC so they gave it to me w/o paying

after security just follow the signs and look for the El thats marked only way to get up there

there were some items with a good heckshar if HaLav Stam is OK nothing to write home about but better then nothing. Yogurts were OU

you Must go thru C&I which means U wont be in the secure area any longer and will have to go thru TSA to get back in, its in another Term then the 1 you arrive in but next door but a nice walk

Alright, in europe its different,(and most other places), the lounge you usually get based on the flight you will take.

The exception are afterflight lounges.

*G doesn't get arrival access without an ongoing flight.
However the LH and LX lounge agents both told me that arriving in J/F entitled you any appropriate lounge usage.

In zrh for instance there is an after flight lounge that close I believe @ 1pm, and located next to the luggage belts. No ongoing flight needed.

For Orbitz: go thru and make up a name  then  the 2nd pg after putting that info in on the bottom left you will see a few words in Blue 1 says  Fare Rules click it and it should open a pg showing you what the fare basis is for the Flights you chose then go to whatever Carrier you want to credit it to and look up Earning Miles and look at the Carrier you will be flying to see if the fare basis that orbitz is selling will earn you anything and how much at that

posted a link to the page but as I thought it reverts back to the Home page after x amount of time so I deleted the link
