I haven't used a PC in a while but IIRC, it is Shift+F3.
For those with Mac's, in Text Edit, right click on highlighted text and select Transformations to switch between caps.
I think F3  is a Word feature not a PC feature. CMIIW

A very useful tip for all MS Office programs is if you want a keyboard shortcut for any button you see in the ribbon you can sort of create one by a succession of keystrokes. If you press ALT, you'll see letters appear under each of the ribbon categories (eg in Excel you'll see H for the Home, N for Insert, etc). Each successive keystroke will drill down farther within the ribbon. So for example, I use ALT-H-V-V for paste special all the time. If you find that you always do something by navigating the ribbon to find a button, you can likely do it much quicker with this method.

Note: Unlike many shortcuts, you don't press these keys simultaneously, you do them successively.

Shift F3 works in sticky notes, but not Chrome. Perhaps it's a Microsoft thing.

ALT Shift will toggle the language throughout Windows, but won't switch from left to right.

That's justification, not paragraph direction.

Win+D sends you to the desktop, Win+M does the same plus minimizes all the windows on the desktop.
