I never delete emails.

you never know when you will need to look back at it.

In windows vista, and 7. there is a program called "snipping tool". It is pretty cool, you can select on the desktop what you want a picture of, and it will save ot as a jpeg.

i am a new member to gmail i was never an email guy until i started working about a year and half ago. so 1) i have no clue if that is a lot of emails 2) that is just my work email. bla bla

I delete most of my emails, I hate clutter... (That's also why I always keep all my messages read)
