I'm looking to book The St. Regis Bal Harbour with my Marriott points, Does anyone know how often Marriott.com drops the amount of points needed to book ?

is there an issue if I check-in to the hotel in the morning the day after from when I was supposed to check in ?

Why would you pay for a extra night if you aren't using it?

its the same exact amount of points to book for 4 & 5 nights so the idea is to take a very early flight & check in as soon as i arrive instead of waiting till 4pm

call the hotel and tell them what you plan on doing and ask
If it’s ok. It could be a problem as they can mark you as a no show and cancel your reservation

SOP to book a night prior for early check in. You should notify the hotel though

I need 500 marriot points to use for a future stay. Does anyone have a upcoming reservation that wants to book through my Gold Elite account and get late checkout and room upgrade?

Received 2K points for referring someone who then booked a stay (this program - https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/earn/reward-a-friend.mi).
Counts as qualifying activity and extends all points' expiration until July 2024?

Do they charge when you gift points to someone else? If it's a spouse?

And how do you send the points?

Can transfer up to 100k per year to another account and each account can receive up to 500k per year. These transfers are free and can be to anyone but you need to call them to do it.

What's the fastest / easiest way to extend points expiration date?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Has anyone ever tried booking many suites at a hotel and canceling them before checkin to create availability for a suite upgrade?

How is Marriott on extending suite upgrade certificates? Have five that will expire end of the year but I'm not going to sue them. Debating whether to get rid of them or not.

Obviously through COVID they've extended. I'm wondering how they were pre covid

Looking to book something nice in NYC Times Square area for tonight. I have plenty of points and 35k certs and will throw some additional cash in if need be. Without spending 100k+ points, what's my absolute best option?
