My cleaners lost my shirts

Don't all cleaners have printed on the back of their reciepts that they aren't liable for lost or damaged items more than 10 times the $ they charge to clean them? In which case even if you get him 2 pay he won't have to pay more than $15-$20 per shirt...

no not yet, he gave me his cell # before y"t but never picked up the phone, and when I arrived in the store today he told me I should come back tomorrow when his son is there
