Anyone Here Know Latin?
« on: April 25, 2022, 08:19:24 PM »
I need something translated into Latin and I have no idea how accurate Google is.

Anyone at least familiar with Latin grammar and such?

I've taken a Latin course, but the goal was to translate Latin into English, not the reverse.  I found Google to be helpful as a starting point, but I would still have to slog through to convert its translation into meaningful English.

If I were trying to translate something into Latin, I'd look for a Latin teacher at the public high school or college and ask if they can help you, if it's just a few words, or offer to pay them or a student, if it's longer.

A good and very cheap option is Fiverr. Try this link https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=translate%20latin&source=main_banner&search_in=everywhere&search-autocomplete-original-term=translate%20latin. I see some people with really good reviews for as little as $5-$10.
