You should try it one year. Got to chap a good shmooze with Elijah HaNavi, cuz he had some time to kill while the rest of the neighborhood caught up.

1:30 first night and 1am second night. Did Sefira in shul after maariv.

It really depends on many things, like how many people there are to serve. How many breaks you take etc.
