Chabad has an awesome restaurant (and a cool chabad house) in Athens (Rated Number 2 of all restaurants in Athens on TA).
They also ship to all islands which you can warm up in your hotel. The food is awesome as as well!
Find them on facebook or on their website

Zaggurus TR: zagguru's

Sam28 TR Santorini : Sam28's

Athens:
Hotels
Hotel Grande Bretagne (Starwood)
King George Palace  (Starwood)
Both hotel's are right near each other, grand Bretagne is a little more upscale.
Both are walking distance to Chabad (Around 10 min) and to most of the action in Athens.
Other hotel's are a little further out of all the action.

Stuff to do
GOSTIJO kosher restaurant (They have a small grocery where you can get a variety of Israeli products) [See above]
Acropolis (Akropolis) and the Acropolis (Akropolis) Museum
Anafiotika (old town with some shopping)
Plaka
Monastiraki
Panathenaic Stadium (Panathinaiko Stadio) first modern Olympics game.
Day trip to Delphi
Water-skiing in the Aegean Sea

What to do

Santorini:
Hotels
There are only two options which take points.
1. Vedema, this hotel is in Megalochori, it is a little off the path (Not near the water) and you don't get the views you would expect in Santorini. (Not a great option, but if you want to stay with points, it is a nice hotel)
2. Mystique, rated as one of the best Starwood hotels in the world. Availability is almost impossible, because they only have 27 rooms. Never mind the shocking 70K Starwood points a night in high season.

Stuff to do
Kamari Beach, there is a cliff there which has a nice jump into the ocean. (Please be careful!)
Red Beach
Hiking Trail Fira - Oia (You can take a Donkey which is quite freaky, or take a tram)
Sunset in Oia (A must do, to get away from the crowds go to Sun Spirit, it is near the windmill and has great views and not packed. They only serve drinks.)
Santorini Volcano, Hot Springs.
Rent a ATV go around the island (At your own risk, the drivers in Santorini are crazy!)
Highest point of the island near the town of Prygos. Awesome panoramic views of the whole island.

Rhodes
Hotels
Sheraton Rhodes, large resort very centrally located. nice pools.

If you don't have one they will not rent a car to you.

and if you get stopped without one they will arrest you

Really isn't a big deal to get an international. $15 and a few min (depending on the line at your local branch) at AAA.

Greeks drive like madmans, and a gps is a must. Also try including a house number in addresses, as say road x can change to road y, and later on change to x again.

When I was there only the very basics were in english/latin alphabet.

First I want to thank all you guys for making great suggesting.

Here is my report on Greece,

So I took my wife on a Trip to Greece for 1 week
We stayed for an entire week at the 4star Novotel Hotel in Athens, which is a 15 minute walk to the Chabad house.  We traveled to Delphi and the Aegina Island.

(Athens)

I will recommend you get the 12 Euro Tourist Pass, that lets you get in to all Sites in Athens, it is valid for 4 Days and lets you get into the Acropolis, the Agora, the Roman Agora, Kerameikos, and the Kerameikos museum.
The only other thing I would recommend in Athens is the The Acropolis Museum, the cost is 5 Euros and it has very interesting Avodah Zarah.

We ate at the new Chabad house restaurant in Athens, called GOSTIJO , it is very close to all the sites and the food was wonderful and very well priced. And the Hours are from 12 pm to 10 pm
The link to the restaurant is; http://www.chabad.gr/templates/articlecco_cdo/aid/1521444/jewish/NEW-Kosher-restaurant-in-Athens.htm

Rabbi Mendel Hendel and his wife Nechama, are the nicest people in the world, they open up the restaurant doors for Shabbos , the table  are filled with locals and tourist for shobbos night and day. It’s all complimentary, yet donations are welcomed.

They also have a kosher store that sells deli meats, soups, wine etc. If you are In Greece, don’t forget to step by the New Restaurant, and Say Hello to the Hendel’s.

(Aegina)

To get to Aegina you need to take a ferry for 1 Hour. It Cost 19 Euro for Round Trip Ferry
The link to the Ferry Company is; http://www.hellenicseaways.gr

The Island was amazing, we rented an ATV for 12 Hours (Cost 25 Euros) and we traveled all over the island. It has so many private beaches (Perfect for all religious Jews!!!) I traveled the world and need to say that this is so beautiful, the Beaches and Water. The only Jewish thing on the Island is right by the Port it’s a Historic Town and they have the Mosaic Floor of a Shul from the Second Beis Hamikdash Period.

(Delphi)

To get to Delphi, we rented a Car form National, the drive from Athens is 3 Hours. You do need an International Driver License to rent an Automobile but for scooters you don’t. It cost $15 from any triple  A branch and they give it to you on the spot, but they don’t have any location in Greece, so get it in the states.

The drivers in Greece puts Israeli Drives to shame, they drive like crack heads. They cut you off at speeds of 120 Miles an hour and they like to play chicken a lot, so if you are not a NY driver, don’t drive there lol.  Delphi is again one Big Avodah Zarah spot, it’s the place they had Temples for their fake G-D’s, I went for my wife because she loves Greek Mythology but the nice thing about there is it’s so beautiful, so if you like Hikes and nature, it’s your place, to get in to Delphi it’s 9 Euro, that include their Museum, Delphi alone is 6 Euro.

Again Greece was a very relaxing place for vacation and I recommend to all

Yes I did,

The Rabbi Hendel nicely requested us go check it out, They had some interesting things about Jewish History in Greece and the story about the Greek Priest trying to save all the Jew's in the holocaust.

so i feel that i should write bec maybe someone one day will look at this and need help

i just go back from a trip with my wife from rhodes greece.
i booked thru daka90.com they gave me a package deal, for 2 flights and hotel from monday till thurs night. 3 star hotel.
to begin booking has to be last minute otherwise u wont be able to book in advance. as well as when booking u need either a TZ or muchdet number (worked for me) in the airport in ben gurion my wife found that there was a spg shereton there, and the hotel the gave us was from from town and was very ugly looking from the pics, so we booked 3 nights shereton, with cash and points, cat 3, 45$ a night and 3500 a might (around i think)
we got to rhodes got out luggage and we went out side and there was a lady in front of a desk with the company who daka booked thru, i told her my name and told her i am not going to the hotel they gave me, and she said no prob so wll drive u to your new hotel. the shereton was amazing, 4 pools, 3 putside one inside. 3 bars, great rooms VERY nice staff and very worth the points! there is nothing to eat in greece, we brought all the food, froze milk, bread, cheese, (panini maker) cereal, deli and shnitzel. and of course snaks. they have a fridge in the room as well.
the hotel has a private beach just for hotel members and is in front of the hotel across the street, but they have a tunnel taht goes straight to the beach, which was quiet and empty and nice. there beaches there in general are rocky but the water was amazing and very clear and relaxing. there are no highways so the bus system is like the train system in israel one way,
the first day we took a 10 min bus ride to the old town and new town, there they have tons of eateres which does me nothing, but they have tons of little shops selling fakes for pennies, clothing, jewlery sun glasses, pocketbooks, and tons of suveniers. there is an old synoguge there too, they close at 3 and they have free tours there too, the old town is right off the peninsula cost there are tons of boats there waitng to take ppl to diff places
as in day 2 - we took a boat to another greek island called simi island (the only way to get there is by boat) its a full day tour which is nice but a bit boring, the boat ride is comfy bec its a huge boat that brings cars over to this island as well as construction vehicles to build ..lol we stayed there for 3 hrs then we departed to aother part of this island to a monestary, r' moshe fienstien holds its ok but r' ovadya yosef says its an issur d'oraisa, so we decided to just stay on the boat for taht half hr why take chances.
there is also a happening night life in the area. there are tons of pubs and places to grab drinks, soda, beer, hooka and they have comedy acts and things like that, they were all showing the olympics as well. the casino though does cost 15 euro to enter so beware just in case. we took taxi and bus here and there but most of it is in walking distance.
the hotel had entertainment at night as well, which was cute. plus the hotel is very relaxing sitting there, the hotel starts half way up. meaning the loby is the 6/7/8th floors,  there is a pool on the 6th floor as well , the hotel was built on a mountain, so they have these amazing views from the porches off the lobby, and we brought our supper there, and watched the sunset, just like everyone else did.
there are also other tours that you can book thru ur hotel, we did simi island, but theres scuba diving, another butterfly tour, another boat goes to turkey every day, and jeeping, just go to the fron desk and ask them. they have computers for everyone for 45min free. the hotel had a tennis court as well as a basketball court, squash, pool and a few other things, they also had a kids program i saw.
then we got a call from the ppl that we were booked thru they will pick us up from the airport on thurs, as we checked out the paper came thru my flight was delayed 4 hrs, so the hotel stored my lugg while we just chilled at the bools bar/resturant, which was gorgeous.

i think thats all for now, if any q's pm me id love to help!!
