CVS has a deal this week where you get a $5 credit if purchasing a green dot or rush card... I'm assuming they don't work anything like mvd or gift cards, but was wondering if anyone knows otherwise. Can they be loaded with cc?

Acc to thread, noone posted success in buying greet dot with cc. Should I try? Or are their fees to crazy even if possible to load with cc.

IME Cvs registers are hard coded to block green dot cards from being purchased with a credit card.

The rush card says cash only as well, so I guess it's not even worth a try...

I've been told total amount of any gift cards combined. I don't know if that's true or not.
