15-19 over. If I set it at 9 over I will get run over.  :)
Don't people in Poland drive faster than that?

judah - how do yoiu think the car drives if its not pumping gas?
Cruise pumps the gas automatically, you can actually feel the pedal move up and down.

1) I think it saves gas because it is pumping gas on a consistent basis, using less rpms to speed up and saving gas that the brake pedals use.

2) I never felt the pedal going up and down in the two different cars I've used cruise control.

1) It saves gas cuz you are going a constant speed. Constantly accelerating uses more gas

2) I have felt the gas pedal move on most cars I drove. It moves very slightly... Take off your shoes and you could feel then.

Cruise doesn't always save gas it depends on the driver if you hold the pedal at the same place you'll save more than with cruise. When going up a mountain on cruise the cruise keeps the car at 70 no matter what the rpm goes up to but if your pressing on the peddle its staying at the same rpm and after the hill you will regain the same speed without your rpm going way up

Maybe someone who cares about the safety of their family?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

When I was younger I saw a guy not stop enough and hit an old lady stopped at the red light in front of him.  He came out of the car wearing roller blades...

That's roller blades there is nothing flat surface to press on the peddle the blade just slid off the peddle. I find that I have more control with the pedals when not wearing shoes

Maybe his car was like the Flintstone's, only he preferred using roller blades over the more common use of one's feet for such a vehicle^-^

Some people can drive better with Shoes than others. It def takes a bit of getting used to, that's all. I def was NOT comparing the two. :)

I dnt SLAM on brakes if you were safe you would have your foot resting on the brake and leaving enough space between the car in front of you
