At first we are talking about a roaming plan which means u can go to Israel or Europe and use your data and not be charged for roaming its all included so in other words u could use Skype and not be charged for your Skype calls! So this plan is for the traveller that goes to Israel Canada Europe ect. and needs access to his data without breaking the bank

As I pointed out it works in Europe as it uses the gsm network and not cdma
