Canceled BA ticket and still charging

Looking for some help. I purchase a BA ticket for over 2000.00 and canceled ticket. The did not reimburse me right awa, so I contacted the CC compann. The sent me a letter that BA is still charging me $647.00.

First can you explain to us EXACTLY what kind of ticket you bought? IF it was indeed a refundable ticket all you need to do is call BA.
If not, you can try calling and say you made a mistake. I'm not sure why you're getting refunded some and not all the money.

Call up and ask nicely. Tell them you thought it was refundable. Fight the charge.
