I'm not sure where to find info on this I searched the forums and did not come up with anything.
Is there a concept in prepaying a credit card so I can spend more than my credit limit or even if not more but up to my credit limit?
Also will it effect the points I earn for my sign up bonus or in order to get points i cant prepay?

You can do it but it will also risk AA.

With Chase cards you can do it at the branch.

Prepaying a chase cc will not extend your CL.

. .and as CV said, its an AA risk.

I know it's possible to prepay by pushing a payment or paying in a branch.but will the actually increase your available credit line? (Temporarily)

With Citi yes and Saver2000 stated no with Chase. Amex would be a yes also.
