redeeming miles for one way fare

Is there anyone that allows redeeming miles for a one way besides for Flying Blue?
Specifically an airline that does not have heavy surcharges.

No you will pay the full price even for that one way ticket. so it is really pointless. Stupid as it may seem that is what I was told when I called......twice.

It's 95K for RT.

Yeah ok I see what you mean....but it's really a round trip ticket. You do get it for less.
