A friend Rushed up to load serve before the monthly serve shutdowns and went to CVS to purchase VGC for his sister Arrivals CC, my friend got:

Barclays now wants a copy of Drivers Lic, Utility Bill and SS, the problems is my friend sister does not have a Driver Lic or Util bill, better to just shut down the account and apply again somewhere down the road? she has a very good high Credit score is always approved for other cc.

Long story his divorced sisters credit cards are under her Maiden name and current legal papers are under her married name.

Yup. Got a big goose egg when I called this morning. And I put a decent amount of spending on this card, too.

In those cases they will usually accept a banker calling from a bank phone to verify your identity. If you have a banker that you can explain the situation to, you should be fine.

If I have 500K, can I redeem for a part of a charge that is $6,000? In other words, can I get credit for $5,000? Or must the charge be less than the amount of points I have?

Yes it can be for less than the full charge.

Got the same answer for the aviator silver card. Tweeted last year worked but not this year.

I have an Arrival and an Arrival Plus. I thought the points would show up in the same points account, but they are separated by each card. Is there any way to combine them so I could close the Arrival without losing the points?

I recently booked a flight from NY to Manchester using my Arrival+, kind of screwed up and booked it on Shavuos. t's an Iceland Air flight booked through StudentUniverse (just for the record) , any ideas on how I can change the flight without the $250 fee that StudentUniverse is demanding? Besides for hucaing, which I'm in middle of, does the Arrival + have some kind of insurance that would cover this?

At the same time, we’ll expand the 5% miles back to ALL redemptions — including travel and cash back statement credits, gift cards and merchandise.
