Interesting. They told my brother it would process right away. They told me it would take up to a full statement cycle (though it posted right away IIRC). And they're telling you 5-7 days... What's going on?!

I think delta works. Charge, refund the next day. They will post a charge and a refund rather than cancel the charge.

I tried this on Delta by purchasing a refundable ticket and refunding 18 hours later. Nothing posted so YMMV. Going to try on AA.

I know Barclays allows you to have multiple USAir cards. I'd assume same would apply here, IMHO.

I was declined for 2 out of the 3 when I did 3bm with barclays. They said I have too many apps.
How abt starwoods, can you have more than one at the same time?

You can have more than one, but will most likely not get the bonus two times.

thats different because u did all at the same time. when i spoke to a rep he said after seeing activity for about 4-6 billing cycles you can apply for another card...doing a BM is a bit risky with them as ppl know they have horrible CS when comes to hUCA

I did get the NFL bonus twice within 6 months. $200 first and then $400 next. I did a 2bm on the second time and I got refused for a card (I think the US Air for too many accounts) but surprisingly applied for a different product or something (I think the M/c version of NFL) and got the bonus all while having the Visa NFL still open. It was really weird.

So I went to redeem the points, and they only let me redeem ~10,000 MORE points than I had at the end of the statement! (There were three options of how much to redeem, all were more than my point balance)

I'm wondering what's going on. The numbers don't even match up with the amount I spent on refundable travel.
