4th year means 4th year hosting pesach not necessarily at this location.

agreed. tho it doesnt say where he was last year.

Biggest red flag is how the ad misleads people into thinking that its some sort of resort when in reality its a Hilton that overlooks the highway
ouch! tho the rooms look really nice!

I was at Rocky hill last year and was under the impression that it was his first year.  So that would make this his second not fourth.

this is what I am trying to confirm.

the price he is offering me is about half then other programs in NJ and NY. Obviously this may be a red flag but to be honest im not looking for a high end program. I just need good beds and great food.

There is no such Hotel as the "Hilton Estates Brandywine Valley".

Its the equivalent of making Pesach at the LI Sheraton on the side of the Long Island Expressway and calling it the "St. Regis South Hampton"

my bil  went to check out the hotel and says its actually quite a nice hotel (has an interior courtyard -Courtyard by Marriott style) but has proportionately very little public  areas compared to how many rooms, which can be a concern when you spend most of your time in the public areas with all the other guests especially when you expect every room to be occupied.

And has anyone ever been to the Hudson Valley Resort,  where they are doing pesach this year?
I was there recently.

It's less of a resort and more of an old hotel with a golf course and lake in the back.

Very nice grounds for walking around but most of the rooms are spacious but badly need renovations.

My post was in reference to the Hudson Valley Resort (formerly the Granite), not about the Hilton thingy.

hmmmm. not one that charges 5k for a room. Something in the 2-3k range.

2-3 per couple that sounds really little. There are places that cheap?

seems like they went up in price. Ive been with them when they were in NJ. Nice, no pressure program. this is a little far out but still considering it.

I was there in 2013.

Decent program with out all the fancy frills. Food was pretty good and plentiful. But again, nothing fancy.
