Every time the wife walks by the "fancy" Kesubah shell be thinking...ahh what I can get if I we get divorced.

I was by someone's house and they had the kesuba on the wall...and it said issisa duh, not bsulta duh.

And they hung it up on the wall!!!!

My parents once misplaced their kesuba (for a few hours) while moving, the rabbi instructed the husband to be makneh all his nechosim to wife as a temporary solution until found. He said that if this is not done they cant live together.

You wont find a kesuba on the wall by most heimishe/yeshivishe. Its not appropriate in their opinion.

I could see that if it became common for people to hang it on the wall of their homes, it would he very uncomfortable for a girl who wasn't a virgin when she got married. And this may be a reasoning of why some communities don't want it to start as a trend.

nobody reads it the main question is if its halachacly permitted
