I am flying solo to London on June 26 to be at my BFF's Aufruf. The wedding will be taking place on July 3rd.
I am seeing tickets from LON-RAK-LON from June 30-July 2 for $172 RT.
Would you guys recommend RAK for two days?
Is the city worthwhile?
Casablanca is considerably more expensive.
TIA.

Would you recommend a day in RAK & a day trip to the Atlas Mountains?
Can I get around speaking English?
Is it generally very hot in July?

If you are a fast visitor, you can do most in one day.
It will be very hot.
You mean just a drive up the mountains?  I went there, but climbed a mountain.

I thinking of doing a day tour to the Atlas. I like nature but I don't think I like it enough to climb a mountain in 100 Degree heat.
Would it be worthwhile in that case? I'm I better off going to Essaouira?

Depends how you snort it.

I just asked a Rabbi there, he says Coca Cola is kosher in Morocco.

For all those that are looking for an excuse to go to Morocco (maybe after this post)

The Hiloula of Rabbi David Ou Moshe will be on the 28th and 29th of October.

People come from all over the world for this. I know someone planning a trip (to there, plus many more קברים and cities) from the 23rd (אסרו חג) to the 31st of October. For more info or if your interested PM me.

I am flying into Marrakach for this coming Shabbos. Will be driving to casablanca and Fez on Monday for 2 days. Can you recommend any reliable kosher restaurants. I was told that some dont have hashgachas, ...but may be ok. Not really sure how that works
