I didn't quite find my Riad fascinating.
That being said, with pricing so cheap, I wouldn't use points.

Read my TR for full review, but Riad Kheirradine in Marrakesh and Palais Faraj in Fes were incredible.
Riad Kheirradine remains to this day one of my favorite hotel stays. Not because it was especially beautiful or luxurious but because of its infinite charm and incredible hospitality that I've yet to experience elsewhere.

im considering stopping in morocco for a few days in february.
will i be allowed into morocco?
are there any covid requirements?
will i be allowed to tour around morocco without being subject to limitations?

Now nothing is very touristy, and unless you go to the few very modernized cities, its pretty authentic.

Morocco beats Tunisia, thats for sure.
Also safety wise...

Do you mean it is less safe now? why?

Before COVID, Tunisia sees many more tourists but it's still pretty authentic.

I was in Djerba a few months ago, the most unique place in the world in terms of the Jewish community. Yidden literally live like before Zionism came around and arabs kicked out all jews from their lands... I would highly advise it for an authentic experience. the only rivalery would be Krasnaya Sloboda but it's much harder to get to and out of the summer there aren't that many Yidden living there I think. (the local experience is also super cool. I visited a few Ksar in the mainland and had a sheep for their Korban Pesach screaming for two days in my airbnb's yard.... until the Shchita

)

Yup, fully agree, the Jews were massacred by their arab friends and neighbors in Hebron in 1929, because of the state that would be created in 1948.

Fears of... ?

Morocco was in comparison with other arab countries exceptionally nice to its jews. Even during the second world War they took amazing steps to protect them.
