I don't know if this is 100% in the right thread but I didn't feel the need to start a new one. I searched but didn't find it posted elsewhere. Canon running "pre-black Friday sale" with good finds in refurbished.

the 60d I think I'm going to take the jump on. It was showing OOS yesterday but today is lited again.

Do you think I'm being stupid buying it now or should I wait and see if there is a better deal around BF/CM?

EDIT: 60d showing OOS again... hopefully it'll come back around.

I waited and was rewarded. Bought the 60d with a fantastic lens for just $614. Brand new the lens itself costs 4-5 hundy. My photog friends have given me haskama on the product and deal. I was even told some in the industry will only buy Canon refurbished. The provide a full 1yr warranty on it and being that it is from the manufacturer, I'm not worried about any 3rd party refurbishing.
