Amex Warranty Says I need Repair Estimate for my Broken Ipad. How do I Get One?

My Ipad is just out of the Apple Warranty and it is acting up.  The screen is not really rotating anymore and it keeps freezing.  I got it a little over a year ago.  I bought it on my SPG card.  I filed a warranty claim and they told me that I need to get in writing a "repair estimate" that says I need a new one.  Any idea where I can get one?

Find a friend who fixes computer hardware and have him give you an invoice/estimate for repair of your iPad.

apple store rep checked it out, said its water damaged, im assuming that amex will be able to figure it out? or they dont check?

i don't think they will if its under 12 months. Their warranty only kicks in after the manufacturer warranty afaik.

Go to apple, they will give you an estimate and put it on paper for you. Submit that to amex and your good to go.
