Does anyone have this new service from Tmobile? If so how is it? I am a little wary of VoIP.

Its pretty good, I've used it.
What's to be wary about VOIP? Everyone uses it nowadays, unless you're just old-fashioned like that... if anything, voip has better quality than cellular calls in general!

Yes but depending on the service and speed of connection, time of day etc... there could be a slight delay or worse.

Rarely, but standard voice channels need a mere 64kbit per second to travel over IP (talking about SIP-based, not counting non-standard voice protocols like Skype). That means your average cable modem can handle one or two HUNDRED simultaneous voice conversations.

Its unlikely that network congestion will create any more of a problem than a busy cell phone tower.
