I was B"H finally approved yesterday, but only for $2k CL. I have a bunch of active Amex cards, but all are (a) personal cards, but charge cards, or (b) credit cards, but business, so I can't transfer any CL. And they say I can't apply for a CL increase on a new card for at least 3 months.

The only personal credit card I have right now is an SPG, with a $1k () CL. Can I ask them for a CL increase on the SPG, and then immediately transfer it to the Blue Cash?

Alternatively... since I was just approved, is there any "recon" number or someone I can appeal to for a larger CL on my new account, by offering to close existing charge and/or business cards?

How long is your SPG open for? If its less then a year, you can't transfer the CL from there.
