Best bang for "buck" to do mia- tlv
« on: June 28, 2010, 07:51:33 PM »
Hey all. Need to get 2 tickets to tlv this coming winter.
would like to do it best bang either miles , cash, or combination.

i have 100000 delta miles ( it is what it is)
and another 90000 in starwood.
can do mia- tlv or fll- tlv.
dont mind stops if we're in biz but cattle class as few
as possible.

i am flexible on the dates and looking for best deal either way.

as mentioned, i would throw some cash in if needed, if the deal makes sense.

some guidance would be really appreciated.

Transfer to US and you'll have enough for 2 star alliance coach tickets to TLV.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

also you must apply to participate for the bonus, and if you dont have a us airway account yet you must have it opened for 12 days untill you could transfer anything to it (a rep told me this)

For this promotion it actually didn't say that in the T&C's, but being that they have had this restriction on previous promos it would probably be a safe thing to do.

Do you have any AA miles at all? With the current AA promo, you would get about 148000 for transferring from Starwoods, and you need 160,000 to Israel with a stop in Europe.
