Which CC will cover CDW on a commercial van rental?

I called them a wilr ago they told me it will cover a U haul cargo van but not box truck

+1 that is car price it covers, not what car class. You will need to speak with the right department for this question because I had a phone rep tell me Vans are covered by my United card, but I was then transferred to the right department and they said no way.
