It's very nice that everyone is rolling in the miles/points.

The real question is for you guys is

1)Are you getting the correct miles/points for your needs.

2)Do you know how to get the biggest bang for your buck.

I am focusing my efforts on UR/UA points. I amassed a bunch of SPG points but the bonuses and earning opportunities are so much more limited. The big AMEX bonuses come with huge annual fees and I can't even figure out what to do with SouthWest points.

UA is very easy to churn its the ba that is harder, some ppl have had success

I try to sign up for cards that  I can either get the most money for the points or I can use for flights when I go on vacation. I dont sign up for cards that have no use to me.

I really only go for UR, MR, SPG for their flexibility. UA, AA, BA for the excellent redemption options both international and domestic, and access to *A and OW. I threw is a couple of Hyatts for the free rooms and that's about it.

I heard/saw somewhere it was a time thing, and that after 2 years you should be able to get the bonus.
