Really, where in the world do they get these people? Why can't one person know more than one thing? Why the heck do I need to be transferred four times before finding out some basic information? And each one of them wants to know my CC number, DOB, favorite pet's name, all over again!
So today I called to inquire about a Thank Your redemption I made on March 8th.
Me: Why have I not received the check yet?
Rep: Sir, it take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Me: OK, so Why has it not arrived yet.
Rep: Sometime these redemption's take 2-4 weeks, so please wait until the end of the four weeks.
Me: Ummm... It's already four weeks now?
Rep: No, it is not four weeks yet, and you will receive it at the end of the four weeks.
Me: Excuse me! What's today?
Rep: Today is March 25th.
Me: W-h-a-t?? Today is March 25th??
Rep: Yes, today is March 25th.
Me: Really..I mean.. Do you have a cell phone?? Why don't you check your cell phone? Where are you located? Are you located in America?
Rep: Yes, I am located in Missouri.
And then the music began...
At which point I needed to repeat all my information again.
So I am thinking of getting a job at Citi, or any of these places, and request a salary equal to 4-5 people (which considering all this might not be much!). I am serious, I probably know more about their policies then a few of these guys combined.
