Even if google makes changes which no one knows forusre there's the possibility that obi will tweak settings to adapt or in worse case there are sip based Voip providers that work with the Obi. They are anywhere from 5 to 10 dollars a month to use. Still much cheaper than any phone service and still makes this a great deal.
