Hard to reply to each separately with tapatalk but he did seem honest and did travel alot so there is still a chance of getting money back. I got 2 orders but the last one I didn't. When he did travel he always answered his email and text. Whether from israel or the far East.

Microsoft store has the Lumia 520 for just $75 (or $100 in online stores). It's unlocked, works globally, 5mp camera, expandable storage, and looks like it works great.

A pretty decent, inexpensive, prepaid smartphone for those that are looking for just that.
