These cheeses are probably a bit cheaper then the standard kosher brands. Looking forward to getting some of these.

Polly-O Ricotta cheese has always been OU -- so maybe this is just a Polly-O thing, not a big move for Kraft, who is the owner of Polly-O (and the Kraft package mentioned as having been seen with an OU may just be a Kraft branded product manufactured by Polly-O).

We do not really eat many meat dishes. We mostly eat lasagna, baked ziti, more pasta, grilled cheese, eggs... all which call for lots of cheese.
