Wonder why there isn't any Iowa thread...no just kidding. But seriously, does anyone know of anything to do in Iowa? We stopped by for a few days once & couldn't find a single attraction.

Not sure if it's your thing, but the Herbert Hoover presidential library and museum is in Iowa.

Going back to Iowa this summer for a few days. If anybody by any chance knows of a/t to do there or in the neighboring states please post.

Check out Postville. Illinois qualifies as a neighboring state. If u feel like driving u can check out Chicago.

Boating in Greys Lake (Des Moines) is nice. Nothing close to Lake Dillon in CO or Lake Powell in AZ, but it's nice for Iowa...
