When I was there, the line to buy tickets was enormous. Line with pre-purchased online tickets was nonexistent; went right in.

Best move if you want to go to Anne Frank House is to book the tour which is only  5 euro more on website.  Scroll to bottom even if it says it is sold out for that day, there are tickets available for the tour.  Walk right in at allotted time, no wait.  Interesting 30 minute talk and then you go right into museum.
Used ihg annual free night for amstel, incredible stay, received upgrade.

Do yourself a favor and skip HaCarmel.

H baron again. It's the only noteworthy resturant.

HaCarmels value comes it's location as it is closer t city center than everywhere else, but it is not very good.

I might also suggest bringing or getting takeout for lunches as I don't think it's worth the shlep to the Jewish neighborhood for mediocre Israeli style pizza.

At the Jewish Museum they have packaged kosher sandwiches if you don't want to shlep for lunch, make sure the waiter clarifies everything on the menu on what it actually is -  from the menu it can be a little misleading.

Any reviews of:
Machane Yehud
Rimon Deli
Golan
Pizza & Co
Pizza and Co is like a classic israeli pizza place. Small personal pies, takes a while if busy.

Golan is a quick service shawarma place. Nothing special.

Rimon is mostly Israeli takeout. Food was fine. Also next door to a good bakery. Both owned by the son of the owner of HaCarmel.

Well I reccomend habaron for starters -good solid food although more upper class then the rest.

Pizza and Co - the pizza, fries and salad was delicious and fresh. The pizza they make big personal pies that are only prepared when you order so it takes about 15-20 minutes for your food.

Can't comment on the rest.

Dont remember the name but it's on the same block as everything else. Unfortunately, the Amsterdam food scene is pretty meh coming from the states.

Van Gogh Museum is also online only?
Boy does AMS seem like a bad place for last minute planning.

What alternate options are there to get tickets?

I think you'll find it very tight to do Rijksmuseum @ 10:30, then get to pizza place in jewish area and be back it old city by 2pm. The tram/metro takes a while, and it's still a 5-10 minute walk from tram stop. Maybe you can arrange for them to delver to you in a taxi/uber you pay for?
Also look to do Heineiken experience after lunch at Machane Yehudah, it's just round the corner.

Depending on where you're staying, many of the hotels in city centre will do a kosher breakfast for small supplement, I think EUR 10. For that I got 3 rolls/sandwiches, borekas, pastries etc. Was enough for lunch also! It was delivered fresh from the kosher caterer. Need to order in advance.
This was at the NH hotel close to Central Station.

You might enjoy a canal tour sunset/evening time as I think it's more popular then.

Look to get a smaller boat and depending on the weather make sure it's enclosed as well.

At the airport buy a 2 day unlimited bus/ tram pass.

Daven at least once in the Portuguese shul for the "full experience" it's a very unique nussach.
