Canal Ride (Approx 8am)
Van Gogh Museum (Approx 9am)
Rijksmuseum (Approx 10:30am)
Lunch: Pizza & Co (Approx 12pm)
Old city segway tour (2pm-3:30pm)
Maritime Museum (Approx 4pm)
Dinner: HaBaron
Day 2:
Anne Frank House (9:25am-11am)
Royal Palace (Approx 11:30am)
Lunch: Machane Yehuda (Approx 1pm)
Flower Market (Approx 2:30pm)
Portuguese Synagogue (Approx 3:30pm)
Heineken Experience (Approx 5:15-6:30pm)
Dinner: HaBaron
Day 3:
Depart AMS 9:20am
I think you'll find it very tight to do Rijksmuseum @ 10:30, then get to pizza place in jewish area and be back it old city by 2pm. The tram/metro takes a while, and it's still a 5-10 minute walk from tram stop. Maybe you can arrange for them to delver to you in a taxi/uber you pay for?
Also look to do Heineiken experience after lunch at Machane Yehudah, it's just round the corner.
Depending on where you're staying, many of the hotels in city centre will do a kosher breakfast for small supplement, I think EUR 10. For that I got 3 rolls/sandwiches, borekas, pastries etc. Was enough for lunch also! It was delivered fresh from the kosher caterer. Need to order in advance.
