shipping to isreal

My brother got married in isreal he wants me to send him his sefarim does anyone have any idea what the cheapest way to do this. he has like 8 boxes

it is expensive. and heavy. I know people who moved back and need to ship back from israel. maybe you trade with them?

Does he plan on staying in Israel for good? If not, it may be worth it to buy as needed, then sell when leaving.

Find someone making a lift to Israel and has a little extra room you can pay for. There's lots of people moving there in the summer usually

Yea, there was an incident about two years ago (I lost about $600 worth of stuff), now they pretty much only take clothing.

Customs. They are officially only allowed to send used clothing, however people were bringing in a lot of merchandise for resale. Apparently, there were boxes of candy and vitamins that were found.

$20 - $25 a box. I don't remember if there was a limit.
